Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Facebook, Github and Stack OverflowFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems
Strong interpersonal skills
Good written and verbal communications skillsBSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology
