Job Title: Senior Customer Success Engineer

At Dynatrace, we're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our account team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining post-sales relationships with our largest, most complex, and most valuable customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure customer success and adoption of Dynatrace products and services.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers, including training and enablement on Dynatrace products and services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with customers, including upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, including executive leadership.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical account management or customer success capacity.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer success and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based technologies and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Professional-level certification in Dynatrace technologies and methodologies.
