Cloud Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Cloud administrator to optimize and administer our Salesforce instance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and configure Flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports/dashboards in Salesforce (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, Lightning).
  • Manage security settings for profiles, permission sets, roles, ownership, visibility, sharing rules, and user access controls.
  • Perform data stewardship tasks including imports, exports, deduplication, Data Loader, backups, and sandbox management.
  • Partner with business teams on requirements, testing, and deployments using Change Sets and DevOps practices.
  • Ensure seamless integrations with upstream/downstream systems by collaborating with middleware teams.

Requirements:

  • 5–8+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in large-scale enterprise environments.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Lightning configuration, Flow (no-code/low-code automation), data modeling, object governance, and security best practices.
  • Strong reporting/analytics skills and user training/support expertise.
  • Working knowledge of SOQL, DevOps principles, and Apex programming for Salesforce coordination.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Marketing Cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with iPaaS solutions like MuleSoft and basic understanding of Apex programming for coordination.
  • Hold relevant certifications such as Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201) required; Advanced Admin (ADM-211) preferred.
