Salesforce Administration Role

As a key member of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the Salesforce platform. This includes managing user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, page layouts, and record types.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and collaborate on developing automation using Flows, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes. Additionally, you will provide frontline support and training for Salesforce users globally, ensuring they have the necessary skills to utilize the platform effectively.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking. You must be able to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • A minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce administration is required, along with a valid Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential for success in this role.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Additional Salesforce certifications are highly desirable, as is experience with integration tools and AppExchange packages.
