Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud developer to join our team. As a Salesforce MC developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust marketing solutions on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

You will work effectively in a cross-functional environment, communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and adapting to a fast-paced, dynamic setting.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation and execution of marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, including email marketing, segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping.

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data-driven automation processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems, such as CRM platforms or external data sources.
  • Build AMP Scripts while creating Email templates and using data from data extensions.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot marketing automation processes.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing to validate accuracy and functionality of marketing automation campaigns and journeys.
