Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to lead our quality engineering team in designing and implementing automated test strategies for Salesforce and nCino solutions.

  • Develop and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows (Commercial Lending, Treasury, Retail Banking).
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks (Selenium WebDriver, Provar, TestNG, JUnit, Apex testing, etc.).
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured, SOAP UI).
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, or similar).
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
