Salesforce Technical Lead

Overview:

  • Lead daily administration and support of Salesforce database, including user setup, profiles, roles, customization, workflow rules, data validation, triggers, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Daily Administration & Support: Manage user setup, profiles, roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
  2. Strategic Planning & Analysis: Collaborate with management, strategic planning, and analysis staff to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  3. Report & Dashboard Development: Create customized reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
  4. Application Requirements: Document application requirements by working with developers, program staff, strategic planning, and analysis staff, and/or outside consultants as needed.
  5. Process Improvement: Stay up-to-date on new Salesforce features and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  6. User Training & Support: Train new and existing users on database applications and provide technical support.
  7. Problem Resolution: Log and track system problems through resolution.
  8. Cloud Implementation: Hands-on experience in Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementation.
  9. Lightning Experience: Must have experience with Lightning.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of full-time work experience.
  • 15 years of education (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
