Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare winning proposals by determining concept, gathering and formatting information, drafting initial content, and securing final approvals.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities and needs, study Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and engage in strategic meetings to determine proposal concepts.
  • Ensure timely delivery of proposals by prioritizing tasks and establishing realistic deadlines for information collection, writing, review, approval, and submission.
  • Collaborate with contributors to align requirements and provide updates on proposal progress during regular review meetings.
  • Acquire necessary information for proposals by identifying reliable sources, coordinating submissions, and communicating potential risks associated with proposal development.
  • Create compelling proposals by compiling project details including objectives, deliverables, methodology, timelines, staffing, budgets, performance standards, and evaluation criteria.
  • Write, revise, and edit drafts, including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials to enhance the overall quality and credibility of proposals.
  • Prepare engaging presentations by carefully evaluating text, graphics, and binding elements to ensure a professional finish.
