About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Executive Support Specialist to join our team at CMS Info Systems.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our executive team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize executive's email, phone calls, and correspondence efficiently.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents with utmost care.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments effectively.
- Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports professionally.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external contacts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
Draft, edit, and proofread business communications, including emails, memos, and reports, maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
Organization:
Maintain the executive's calendar and help manage their time effectively, prioritizing tasks and minimizing distractions.
Coordinate and oversee special projects and events, ensuring timely completion and exceeding expectations.
Ensure the office is organized and stocked with necessary supplies, promoting a productive work environment.
Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information and maintain the utmost discretion, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
Manage confidential documents and information securely, using best practices for data protection.
Technology:
Proficiently use office software and equipment, staying up-to-date with technology and tools that can enhance productivity.
Support:
Provide general administrative support to the executive team, assisting with research, data analysis, and other tasks as needed.
Assist with planning and coordinating office parties and events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in executive support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Compensation and Benefits:
