As a Technical Program Manager, you will oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones and define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively
  • Translating business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps
  • Conducting sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or banking/fintech platforms

Preferred Experience

  • Prior experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML

Leadership and Communication Skills

  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
