Job DescriptionThis role requires an entrepreneurial leader who can function as a business owner, taking end-to-end responsibility for revenue, brand, and team growth.
Growth Strategy & Execution- Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy that drives revenue and brand expansion.
- Pursue new revenue streams and partnerships to expand our brand reach.
- Owning P&L responsibility, revenue targets, and bottom-line discipline.
- Drive large institutional tie-ups with hotels, corporates, events, and wellness studios.
- Expand gifting programs with corporate, seasonal, and global collaborations.
- Explore international markets through export partners and distributors.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on brand storytelling, campaigns, and product launches.
- Drive awareness through wellness, sustainability, and impact narratives.
- Build strategic alliances with chefs, influencers, and wellness partners.
- Lead cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations.
- Establish clear SOPs and performance metrics for efficiency.
- Mentor and grow the team, fostering an entrepreneurial culture.
- Evaluate alignment with our mission of empowering Himalayan communities.
- Measure and communicate social impact along with business success.
