Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Growth Head to lead our expansion efforts in the RR Nagar region of Bangalore.

You will be responsible for driving learner acquisition and engagement initiatives. Your understanding of the local market, coupled with your experience in admissions and proficiency in Kannada, will be crucial in achieving our growth objectives. Responsibilities:Develop and execute growth strategies specifically tailored for the RR Nagar market.

Identify and leverage local channels and partnerships to increase Unacademy's reach. Lead and motivate a team to achieve enrollment targets and growth metrics. Utilize your experience as an Admission Officer to understand learner needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of Unacademy.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop localized campaigns and offerings. Build strong relationships with local educational institutions and influencers.

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and make data-driven decisions. Ensure a high-quality learner experience to drive retention and referrals. Effectively communicate with stakeholders in Kannada, understanding local nuances and building rapport.

Requirements:Proven experience in a growth-oriented role, preferably within the education sector. Significant prior experience as an Admission Officer, demonstrating a strong understanding of the learner journey and enrollment processes. Excellent proficiency in Kannada is mandatory.

You should be comfortable communicating effectively with the local community. Strong understanding of the Bangalore (specifically RR Nagar) education market. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful growth strategies.

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Data-driven and analytical in your approach.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A Master's degree is a plus.
