We offer corporates a unified software cum payments platform for employee expense, benefits, rewards, vendor payments, and channel incentives.

Our platform solutions are sector-agnostic, and our network of corporate customers covers BFSI, Technology, Healthcare, Manufacturing, FMCG, Infrastructure, and Automobile industries, among others.

Some of our well-known customers include TATA Steel, Persistent Systems, Toshiba, Inox, Pitney Bowes, Wockhardt, PCBL (RP -Sanjiv Goenka Group), and Greenply Industries.

We are looking for a self-driven, dynamic, and ambitious individual to drive key strategic initiatives and contribute to organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute organisational, business, and administrative projects from the Founder's office.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key projects.

- Set up processes to enhance organisational machinery.

- Stakeholder management.

- Play a key role in business management and growth.

- Sales analytics and data-driven sales optimisation.

- Work closely with external agencies on matters pertaining to the Founder's Office.

- Conduct relevant research, prepare, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring tasks are completed as per agreed timelines.

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience.

- MBA from a top-tier college (preferred).

- Project Management Skills.

- Excellent organisational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritise work.

- Experience in Startups/Growth stage companies.

- Exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.

- Writing Skills, Reporting Skills, Communication skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Time Management, Analytics, and Presentation Skills.

- Business acumen.
