We are seeking a result-driven, dynamic, and ambitious individual to spearhead key strategic initiatives and drive organisational growth. This exceptional task master must be proactive, with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, able to shoulder responsibility and ensure timely delivery. The goal is to execute the organisation's strategy in collaboration with the core team to achieve its Annual Operating Plan (AOP).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and execute organisational, business, and administrative projects from the Founder's office.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to drive key projects.

3. Establish processes to enhance organisational machinery.

4. Manage stakeholders effectively.

5. Contribute to business growth and management.

6. Analyze sales data and optimize sales strategies.

7. Work closely with external agencies on Founder's Office matters.

8. Conduct research, prepare, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

1. 3-5 years of experience.

2. MBA from a top-tier college (preferred).

3. Project Management Skills.

4. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to think proactively and prioritise work.

5. Experience in Startups/Growth stage companies.

6. Discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information.

7. Strong Writing, Reporting, Communication, Microsoft Office, Time Management, Analytics, and Presentation Skills.

8. Business acumen.
