About the Role

The Commercial Banking Group at Axis Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to drive the SCF (non-auto portfolio) segment in a designated geographical area. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the CBG Asset Business, acquiring new corporates, and achieving budgeted targets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve budgeted targets for the SCF segment (non-auto portfolio)
  2. Increase utilization on ETB clients on SCF
  3. Ensure timely conversion of sanctioned cases and optimum utilization in existing accounts to achieve month-end and year-end SCF Segment budgets
  4. Carry out implementation of business initiatives
  5. Timely reporting/MIS and coordinating audit compliance on the portfolio
  6. Coordinate with relationship and credit teams
  7. Reporting of SCF-RMs
  8. Drive training and motivating SCF resources to perform as per set goals of SCF business
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • MBA/PG/CA
  • 6 years' experience
