Achieving premium policies and ensuring minimum 70% activation of assigned Channel Partners is key to this role. Effective sales strategies and sales planning are essential to achieve targets for designated partners.

Existing Channel partners management and building relationships with various channel partners to retain business are crucial. The role requires overseeing the recovery process of unpaid premiums, overpaid claims, and amounts due from policyholders or beneficiaries.

Collaboration with the claims department to identify and recover funds owed on life insurance policies is necessary. Timely and accurate resolution of recovery cases while minimizing loss is essential.

The role involves developing and implementing effective strategies for debt collection, negotiating with policyholders or beneficiaries on outstanding dues. Working with third-party collection agencies and legal teams to ensure recovery actions are taken efficiently is also required.

Ensuring all recovery processes comply with legal standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies is vital. Liaising with legal counsel for cases requiring legal intervention and representing the company in court if needed is also necessary.

Analysing data to identify trends, recovery rates, and areas for improvement is essential. Preparing detailed recovery reports for senior management highlighting progress, challenges, and action plans is also required.

Handling escalated cases and communicating professionally with clients, beneficiaries, and their legal representatives is necessary. Maintaining positive relationships with policyholders and intermediaries during the recovery process is also crucial.

Managing and guiding a team of recovery officers, setting targets, and monitoring their performance is essential. Providing training and development opportunities to enhance the team's efficiency is also necessary.

Assessing the risks associated with recovery cases and creating risk mitigation strategies is vital. Identifying fraudulent claims and collaborating with fraud investigation teams when necessary is also required.

Utilizing claims management systems, CRM, and recovery software to track cases and ensure efficiency in processes is essential. Continuously improving the use of technology in the recovery process to streamline operations is also necessary.

Working closely with departments such as Underwriting, Legal, Claims, and Finance to facilitate smooth recovery operations is essential. Providing insights and feedback to improve overall claims and policy administration processes is also necessary.
