We are seeking an experienced CSR Coordinator to join our team and collaborate with various departments to integrate CSR strategies into business operations. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement sustainable practices that align with our core values.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify opportunities for sustainability improvement across various business functions.
  • Design and execute comprehensive CSR programs that engage employees, customers, and the wider community.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, including corporate partners, NGOs, and community organizations.
  • Develop compelling communication materials to promote CSR activities and raise awareness about our environmental initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to sustainability and CSR.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CSR, project management, or a related role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a passion for environmental sustainability and community engagement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
