Job Summary

This is a challenging role that requires an experienced professional to lead and execute environmental impact assessments (EIA) and environmental management plans (EMP) for large-scale infrastructure and development projects.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of EIA notification, CRZ regulations, and Forest & Wildlife Acts, as well as excellent technical report writing, presentation, and communication skills.

A strong leadership, coordination, and multi-tasking ability is also essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute EIA and EMP studies for large-scale infrastructure and development projects.
  • Ensure compliance with national guidelines and international standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and coordination.
  • Manage project teams and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
  • Represent the organization in appraisal meetings, technical discussions, and field visits.
Requirements:

Required M.Sc. / M.Tech. / Ph.D. in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science / Environmental Planning or related field.

Certifications: NABET Accredited Environmental Coordinator (Category A) in at least one of the following sectors.

Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Excellent technical report writing, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of regional languages is an advantage.

Work Environment: Frequent travel to project sites across India for data collection, impact assessments, and consultations.
