Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our life insurance sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing relationships with Axis Branch Sellers, meeting targets through the Bank's FOS, and converting leads into quality business.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage relationship with Axis Branch Sellers and meet target through Bank's FOS.
- Responsible for managing leads generated from Branch and convert into quality business.
- Adhere to process set and timely coordinate with Cluster Manager and Operations HUB to ensure minimal customer complaints.
- Achieve agreed-upon TATs on first customer contact and follow-ups from the date of lead registration.
- Ensure 15-month persistency on track and implement a robust follow-up mechanism with customers.
- Coordinate with Cluster Training Manager to ensure bank staff is regularly trained on life insurance concepts and new product introductions.
- Activate branch banking sellers and achieve activation target.
- Use LMS as tracking mechanism online and follow up calls.
- Business Plan: Adj MFYP Collected (Rs.) - Plan v/s Actual as per target assigned.
- Case Size: Plan Vs Actual - as per target assigned.
- Seller Activation: Seller Activation (%) - Plan v/s Actual - as per target assigned.
- Persistency: 15th month Persistency (%) - > 82.5 and as per plan.
- Graduate in Any Discipline from a UGC/AICTE approved College and University.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales; experience in Insurance preferred.
- Experience in Life insurance sales management, Retail bank distribution, and Channel Management/ DSA relationship.
- Excellent Relationship Skill, Managing Various level of Bank Management, Adherence to Process.
Rupees 10 Lakhs - Rupees 15 Lakhs per annum based on qualifications and location.
