About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow, responsible for driving sales growth and managing existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and research on potential clients.
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
- Manage the sales process to close new business deals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within Consumer Goods.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth.
- Goal-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Strong mentorship and coaching skills to build high-performing teams.
- Able to travel up to 30-60%.
