About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Lucknow, responsible for driving sales growth and managing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation and research on potential clients.
  • Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide relevant solutions.
  • Manage the sales process to close new business deals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Exceed weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role within Consumer Goods.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing P&Ls and driving growth.
  • Goal-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong mentorship and coaching skills to build high-performing teams.
  • Able to travel up to 30-60%.
