As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service support for computer systems and large format printing solutions. You will work with customers to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring their Epson Large Format Printers and computer hardware/software systems are running smoothly.
Your primary focus will be on installations, maintenance, and repairs. You will install, configure, and maintain Epson Large Format Printers at customer locations, troubleshoot and repair complex technical issues, and perform preventive maintenance to prevent printer faults.
Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and training to customers on proper usage and maintenance of printers and computer systems, and ensure timely service response and achieve defined service KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications- Education: Any degree in Engineering, Science, IT, Computer Applications, etc.
- Degree Preference: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in service and maintenance of computers, printers, or large technical equipment.
- Skills and Knowledge: Good understanding of large format printers (Epson preferred) or computer systems troubleshooting, knowledge of networking, computer hardware, operating systems, and printer drivers.
