ServiceNow Developer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain our ServiceNow infrastructure.

  • The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow, specifically with Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM), Configuration Management Database (CMD) and IT Service Management (ITSM).
  • Main responsibilities include configuring Service Now, creating customized reports and setting up processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are required, along with a positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

The successful candidate will be able to work collaboratively in a remote environment, supporting hours from IST daytime with a few hours overlapping PST until 10 AM PST.

A degree in Computer Science or related field is desirable, but not essential. What matters most is your passion for delivering high-quality solutions and working effectively within a team environment.
