We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in ServiceNow Order Management and Data to join our team on a remote project based in Spain.

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, identifying data migration challenges, and collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure seamless data transitions. Your key objective will be to grasp the functional aspects of data, work closely with SMEs on mappings, and manage large data extractions for migration into ServiceNow.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Order Management, possessing strong knowledge of data activities and experience in migrating data from external tools to ServiceNow. You will be required to advise on best practices regarding the usage of fields and their impact on processes, as well as understand and explain complex concepts to clarify effort and required changes.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective data migration strategies
  • Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accurate data mapping and migrations
  • Analyze business requirements and identify areas for process improvement
  • Provide expert-level guidance on ServiceNow Order Management and Data capabilities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, preferably in ServiceNow Order Management and Data
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
  • Able to break down complex concepts into actionable plans
  • Familiarity with data migration methodologies and best practices
