Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support a large-scale transformation project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing enhancements and reviewing existing designs identified during UAT phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing ServiceNow Order Management (OM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
  • Designing and building simple and complex order capture and orchestration workflows.
  • Integrating with Sales Performance Management (SPM) and CSM processes.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement third-party tool integrations via APIs and Integration Hub.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Order Management (OM).
  • Strong expertise in Service Catalog definition and setup, Workspaces, UI Builder, and Flow Designer.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Platform features, CMDB, CSM, ITSM, SPM, and CSDM.
  • Portal management and customization skills.
  • API integration expertise with third-party tools (scripted APIs, Integration Hub).
  • Ability to design and prototype solutions.
  • Knowledge of sales and ordering processes.
