ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management Developer Role

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Senior SPM Developer to fulfill this critical position.

This key role involves delivering comprehensive solution design, development, integrations, automations, upgrades, and platform stability to ensure seamless delivery of SPM capabilities.

  • ServiceNow Administration: Strong experience in SPM modules including Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource Management, Project Workspace, Financial Planner Workspace required.
  • Solution Design Expertise: Hands-on knowledge in requirements gathering, impact assessments, script configuration, catalog form creation, and workflow setup essential.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct system integration testing, unit testing, and UAT support with a focus on quality.
  • Code Reviews and Migration: Perform code reviews, manage migrations, and oversee production rollouts.
  • Troubleshooting and Integration: Troubleshoot integration issues between ServiceNow and partner systems.
  • Automations and Custom APIs: Implement automations using Custom APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Platform Management: Handle platform upgrades, patching, incident fixes, and request fulfillment.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with ServiceNow product teams for issue resolution and defect fixes. Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain accurate documentation and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
