ServiceNow Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to fill a key role in our organization.

  • Conduct interview training sessions on major ServiceNow modules:
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM – Hardware, Software and Cloud Insights)
  • Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM / Project Portfolio Management)
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
  • Security Operations (SecOps)
  • Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of module-wise interview questions for candidates at all levels.
  • Conducting mock interviews simulating real-world scenarios.
  • Guiding candidates on resume preparation, necessary certifications and career progression.
  • Delivering scenario-based problem solving and whiteboard practice exercises.
  • Development of training materials, case studies and interview scenario Q/A's.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience with ServiceNow across multiple modules.
  • Strong knowledge of real-world implementations, scripting and integrations.
  • Proven track record of facing and conducting ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
  • Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
  • ServiceNow certifications preferred (CSA, CAD, CIS in multiple modules).
