We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a PV System Design Expert. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with expertise in residential solar design to deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional time management skills, strong proficiency in PV design software, and the ability to interpret site data to optimize system layouts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design residential solar PV systems based on site data and project specifications.
  • Evaluate designs for compliance with relevant codes, utility standards, and jurisdictional requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy in designs.
  • Manage daily workload efficiently to meet aggressive turnaround targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential PV system design.
  • Strong proficiency with at least one major solar design platform (e.g., Scanifly, Aurora, Helioscope).
  • Familiarity with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to deliver within tight timelines.

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a high-volume design environment.
  • Proficiency in communication tools such as Slack.
