**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Mainstream and deploy the site Master Plan for Malt Plant, HBS, and IMFL Packaging Hall across all departments.
  • Set objectives and priorities to drive change management processes within your team.
  • Maintain alignment throughout the site's supply chain by coordinating cross-functional collaboration in Master Excellence deployment.
  • Lead and support departments in implementing Manufacturing Management System practices to meet business goals.
  • Develop managers' skills to enhance team performance through Master Excellence practices.

**People Management Skills:

  • Exhibit managerial leadership to develop teams according to role capabilities.
  • Ensure effective implementation of Master Excellence training & development programs by aligning with site / line management.
  • Coordinate Master Excellence Training Of Trainers and evaluation programs to maintain consistency and ensure alignment with Diageo Capability program.

**Focused Improvement Initiatives:

  • Provide expert loss & waste leadership and coaching to operational teams.
  • Participate in and lead as required improvement projects using DMAIC methodology.
  • Develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.
  • Engage with the Daily Operational Review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities.

**Team Meetings & Communications:

  • Implement regular communications to drive engagement and momentum of the Master Excellence journey.
  • Support Task Forces and Shift Based teams in their deployment of Master Excellence through regular meetings and communication of activities.
  • Define and establish the site leadership team's schedule to support and lead the deployment of Master Excellence.
