Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Revenue Growth Strategist to lead our sales team in achieving individual and team sales targets. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, analyze data, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to drive sales initiatives.
  • Handle escalations, resolve customer queries, and ensure smooth execution of the sales process.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in sales or a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales performance tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum
