
Drive Revenue Growth as a Pharmaceutical Sales and Franchise Development Executive

This role involves driving revenue growth by developing and managing a network of franchise partners in the pharmaceutical industry.
Key Responsibilities- Franchise Network Development:
- IDentify prospective franchise partners and conduct feasibility assessments.
- Negotiate franchise agreements to achieve business objectives.
- Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct sales and franchisee channels.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Franchisee Management:
- Onboard new franchisees with detailed product training and compliance guidelines.
- Provide ongoing support for regular visits, performance reviews, and coaching to ensure targets are met.
- Market Intelligence:
- Gather competitor data and track market developments to provide insights to regional sales heads.
- Recommend strategic initiatives to capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and franchisee performance reports.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, medical affairs) for seamless execution.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- Experience:
- 2 – 5 years of overall experience in pharmaceutical sales or franchise/channel development roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products, regulatory norms, and market dynamics.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated individual.
