Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our site team and oversee the execution of Renovation Modernization for Controls Instrumentation projects.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to join our team and work on high-profile projects with leading power plant owners or EPC Contractors in India.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for complete site execution, including contractor management, customer liaison, and internal stakeholder management.

We don't need superheroes, just super minds who can deliver results-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 10-15 years of experience in site execution of RM Instrumentation controls projects, with 2-3 years of experience as a Site Manager.
  • Well-versed in Installation Concepts, Hookups of Field Instrumentation, including transmitters, control valves, and flow measurements.
  • Familiarity with Installation techniques for cabinet installation and dismantling.
  • Good understanding of PID Diagrams and hookup diagrams.
  • Hands-on experience in handling subcontractors, including daily coordination and planning.
  • Knowledge of safety concepts to be applied at site for different work packages.
  • Able to travel to site and stay for longer durations if required.
