Marketing Data Analyst

The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to drive business growth. They will work closely with the marketing and product teams to measure performance, optimize campaigns, and identify opportunities to enhance ROI.

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple marketing channels (digital campaigns, CRM, web analytics, etc.).
  • Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, campaign performance, and customer behavior.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop predictive models and segmentation to enhance targeting and personalization.
  • Optimize campaign performance through continuous monitoring and data-backed recommendations.

Qualifications & Skills Needed:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, technology, statistics, mathematics or a related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in data analysis, preferably in a marketing/consumer-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or Excel.
  • Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, or CRM systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and storytelling skills with data.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work across teams.
  • Ability to handle large datasets and deliver actionable insights within deadlines.
