Our team is seeking an experienced Analytics Consultant to join our fast-growing analytics practice. As a key member of our team, you'll leverage advanced data analytics, predictive modelling, and real-world data (RWD) to deliver high-impact outcomes for pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, and governments worldwide.

About the Role:

">
  • Support the full lifecycle of pharmaceutical products—from development to market launch and post-market monitoring—using advanced analytics to identify key trends and opportunities.">
  • Conduct market sizing, cohort analysis, risk stratification, and KPI modelling to inform product and marketing strategies.">
  • Build and optimize automated data pipelines (e.g., in Dataiku) to improve reporting efficiency and deliver faster insights.">
  • Develop and present interactive dashboards, visualisations, and executive presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.">
  • Partner with Product and Sales teams to translate analytical insights into scalable, productized solutions that align with our platform vision.">
  • Collaborate with regional analytics teams, sharing best practices in predictive modelling, machine learning, and advanced SQL querying to ensure consistent quality and innovation.">
  • Mentor junior team members, promoting analytical excellence and knowledge sharing.">

What You'll Need:

">
  • 3+ years' experience in commercial Patient Analytics, commercial data analytics, data science, or advanced manipulation and interpretation of real-world healthcare datasets.">
  • Proven expertise in SQL (advanced joins, window functions, aggregations), Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, XGBoost), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Excel VBA/Macros, Power Query).">
  • Strong background in healthcare analytics using datasets from providers such as IQVIA, OPTUM, and KOMODO.">
  • Experience with predictive modelling, machine learning, risk stratification, and product uptake forecasting.">
  • Skilled in dashboard development, storytelling, and executive-level presentations.">
  • Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Economics).">
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analytics into actionable business recommendations.">
