About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Data Science professional to join our team.

As a Data Scientist, you'll play a key role in leveraging data, analytics, and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies to extract insights, build predictive models, and develop AI-powered solutions.

You'll work with a range of tools, including exploratory data analysis, statistical modeling, machine learning, model deployment, integration, monitoring, and maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have experience with machine learning concepts, a strong programming background, and fluency in Python. Familiarity with specific libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run end-to-end initiatives, including business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyze and interpret findings.
  • Draw conclusions and recommendations, including expected benefits and measuring ROI for enhancing business processes.
  • Support pre-sales activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Experience with Machine Learning (ML), especially Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.
  • Business requirements gathering, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing, and model deployment.
  • Fluency in Python, working knowledge of SQL and vector databases.
  • Knowledge of specific DS/ML/CVGenAI/NLP libraries like NumPy, Keras, TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, and GenAI APIs (OpenAI/Gemini).

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working with big data and distributed environments.
  • Commercial experience proven by multiple successful projects in Generative AI, NLP, or Computer Vision.

General Skills:

  • Good programming skills and familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud resources and Databricks.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Ability to come up with creative solutions to address customer problems.
  • Ability to lead small technical teams on projects.
