About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive business growth, optimize supply chain efficiency, enhance customer satisfaction, and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Collection & Management: Collect, clean, and manage data from various sources to create a centralized repository.
  • Statistical Analysis: Analyze large datasets using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and other business operations.
  • Reporting & Visualization: Create clear and concise reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and support business decision-making.
  • Predictive Analytics: Utilize predictive modeling and machine learning techniques to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels, and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with production, supply chain, sales, and marketing teams to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements and implement process enhancements.
  • Market & Customer Analysis: Analyze customer behavior and market trends to inform product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role with expertise in data analysis and interpretation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other relevant software.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
