Job Opportunity

This role is responsible for ensuring the highest level of operational excellence across various teams. With a strong background in Investment Banking, you will be expected to maintain up-to-date procedures and documentation, foster knowledge sharing among team members, and support hybrid projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all processes are current, well-organized, and easily accessible to other teams.
  • Proactively retain knowledge within the team to facilitate seamless takeovers.
  • Support and handle processes from other HUBS during ERS invocations.
  • Guarantee Checklist and documentation are completed and readily available during ERS takeovers to mitigate risks.
  • Implement new projects and migrations as planned by management.
  • Develop process improvements to reduce costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Support and develop key projects to improve scalability through industrialization initiatives.
  • Create more Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) from the teams and ensure they serve as backups for projects.
  • Prepare process flow and necessary documentation for project teams.
  • Update operational processes for each project that has an operational impact.
  • Train team members on new activities based on projects.
  • Develop solutions to add sustainable value to clients.
  • Support Hybrid Model/Robotics.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to provide SME support and documentation where needed.
  • Support monthly capacity planning data.
  • Provide timely data for standard AFSO dashboards and MIS requirements.
  • Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met and maintained according to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Acquire a clear understanding of SLAs and ensure both junior and senior members are aware of cut-off times and deliverables.
  • Complete 4-eye checks before signing off deliverables.
