Strategic Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled project coordinator to lead strategic and operational projects.

As a key member of our production team, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery ensuring timely completion, high quality, and clear communication with our international team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all production-related projects including operations, quality, compliance, logistics, maintenance, and process improvements.
  • Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules; manage resources and monitor timelines.
  • Identify and evaluate project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve challenges proactively.
  • Improve SOPs and workflows to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) including progress, productivity, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance in collaboration with QA/QC teams.
  • Utilize project management tools to organize tasks, assign responsibilities, and monitor overall project flow.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience in project management within an industrial setting.
  • Strong understanding of regulations, data analysis, budget management, and resource optimization.
  • Professional-level English communication and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency with project management platforms.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and autonomous work.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: agile, adaptive, fast-learning, and growth-oriented.
Preferred Qualities:
  • Prior experience in food, nutraceuticals, or supplement industry.
  • Experience coordinating with international teams.
  • PMP certification is a plus but not mandatory.
