**Job Title:** Operational Excellence ManagerJob Description:

We are seeking a strategic leader to drive operational excellence across our IVF centers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving financial and operational targets, while ensuring seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement annual operating budgets and performance targets aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Lead cost optimization initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor revenue, profitability, and team performance against defined key result areas (KRAs).
  • Oversee the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), medical record management, and audit readiness.
  • Act as an escalation point for operational issues and ensure medico-legal compliance.
  • Liaise with sales and marketing teams to enhance brand visibility in local markets.
  • Coordinate monthly profit and loss statements with the corporate management information system (MIS) team.
  • Drive patient satisfaction, retention, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve financial targets (revenue, EBITDA, contribution margin).
  • Customer satisfaction focus (NPS 90%) and retention orientation.
  • Excellent knowledge of compliance and medico-legal requirements.
  • Process-driven with attention to detail.
