Job Title: Surgical Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our surgical team as a Surgical Support Professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pre-Operative Preparation: Ensure all surgical instruments and equipment are sterilized, arranged, and functional.
  2. Intra-Operative Assistance: Hand instruments to surgeons and nurses during surgery, manage and organize surgical tools, and operate OT equipment.
  3. Post-Operative Cleaning and Disinfection: Sterilize and disinfect the OT room and instruments after surgery, prepare the OT for the next procedure, and document usage of surgical tools and consumables.
  4. Additional Duties: Manage inventory, coordinate with surgical teams, anesthesiologists, and nurses, and be available for emergency surgeries.
