Job Description:

• Deliver engaging and effective classes for students in Grades 1 to 10, promoting a love for learning and academic excellence.
• Plan and prepare high-quality worksheets, learning materials, and weekly lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs.
• Provide individualized support to students with their homework, classwork, and concept clarity, ensuring they stay on track with their studies.
• Monitor and track each student's academic progress and identify areas where they may need additional support or enrichment.
• Maintain a positive, encouraging, and disciplined classroom environment that fosters social skills, emotional intelligence, and respect for others.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong educational background and teaching experience, preferably in an elementary school setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to create engaging lesson plans and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
