Front Desk Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Greet Visitors**: Welcome and direct guests and clients as they arrive at the office, ensuring a positive and professional first impression.
- **Answer Phones**: Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals in a timely manner.
- **Manage Appointments**: Schedule meetings, manage conference room bookings, and maintain an accurate calendar for office personnel as needed.
- **Receive and Sort Mail**: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, ensuring they are distributed to the correct individuals or departments.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general administrative assistance, including filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and data entry.
- **Maintain Reception Area**: Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized, keeping materials like brochures and magazines up-to-date.
- **Visitor Registration**: Ensure proper visitor sign-in and security procedures are followed by maintaining a visitor log and issuing visitor badges.
- **Manage Office Supplies**: Monitor inventory levels of office supplies and stationery, ordering replacements as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
- **Assist with Company Communications**: Distribute internal communications and memos, as well as assist with occasional event coordination and preparations.
- **Handle Inquiries**: Respond to general questions and requests from both visitors and employees, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
**Key Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Any Graduate** (some college or a degree is a plus).
- **1-2 years** of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a strong sense of professionalism.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹204,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
