Front Desk Receptionist

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Front Desk Management**:
- Welcome clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage appointments, scheduling, and confirmations.
- Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area that reflects the brand’s premium image.
- **Customer Service**:
- Share information about treatments, services, and products as guided by the team.
- Assist in managing client feedback and ensuring concerns are addressed promptly.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain records of appointments and client interactions.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing at the front desk.
- Support daily operational tasks including data entry, filing, and stock coordination.
- **Brand Representation**:
- Uphold and reflect the values of the brand in every interaction.
- Ensure client confidentiality and trust at all times.
- Promote a professional and positive environment for both clients and colleagues.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- Graduate/Undergraduate with prior experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or customer service role (preferably in retail, beauty, hospitality, or healthcare).
- Strong communication skills (English & local language).
- Polished, professional appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
