**2. Key Responsibilities:Patient Interaction**:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors courteously.
- Register patients and collect personal, medical, and insurance information.
- Guide patients regarding appointment times, departments, and directions.
**Appointment Management**:
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments.
- Maintain appointment calendars for doctors and consultants.
- Inform patients of any delays or rescheduling.
**Administrative Tasks**:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately in the hospital’s system.
- Assist in billing and payment processing (if required).
**Coordination**:
- Coordinate with nursing staff, doctors, and other departments.
- Ensure all patients are informed about next steps (e.g., lab tests, payments, follow-ups).
**3. Required Skills**:
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication.
- **Customer Service**: Polite, patient-focused attitude.
- **Multitasking**: Ability to manage several administrative tasks simultaneously.

- **Experience**: 0-3 years of experience in a similar role. Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered.
- **Certifications (optional)**: Training in medical terminology or customer service can be an advantage.

- **Hours**: Typically 8-10-hour shifts; may include weekends and holidays.
