**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a professional and friendly **Receptionist** to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. Your role is crucial in maintaining the professional image of our organization.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the company.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate with internal departments as necessary.
- Ensure office supplies for the front desk are stocked.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service orientation and positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
