Telecaller

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales or leads for our company. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, understanding their needs, and convincing them to use our products/services

**Job Summary**

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using the given database.

Explain products/services and generate interest.

Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records.

Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Maintain a daily record of calls and outcomes.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as assigned by the team leader or manager.

High School diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus.

Proven experience as a telecaller or similar sales/customer service role is an advantage.

Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi/Local Languages].

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

Basic computer knowledge

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience in medical reception or clerical work is a plus but not required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
