Job Title: Transportation Operations Executive

The Transportation Operations Executive plays a pivotal role in overseeing the entire transportation operation. This position is responsible for ensuring seamless execution of daily, weekly, and monthly operations.

  • Maintaining accurate records of all buses, including documents and databases, to facilitate efficient decision-making.
  • Handling transport-related complaints from students, parents, staff, and drivers, and resolving issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the buses and reporting on their condition to identify areas requiring necessary action.
  • Ensuring that all bus maintenance, including major repairs, is carried out periodically to guarantee optimal fleet performance.
  • Promptly receiving and addressing phone calls from drivers to provide support and maintain open communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective transportation strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of transportation services with other organizational functions.
