Job Title: Finance cum Logistics Manager
job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Finance cum Logistics Executive/Manager to manage financial transactions and logistics operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting budgeting and reporting, and overseeing the end-to-end supply chain, including inventory, shipping, and vendor coordination.
Finance Responsibilities:
- Maintain day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate records for tax and audit purposes.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Logistics Responsibilities:
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels and perform stock reconciliation.
- Handle documentation for imports/exports, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor warehouse performance and coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment.
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce cost and improve efficiency.
