Operations Management Role

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious individual with a strong passion for leading multi-layered teams and prioritizing continuous learning and improvement. With an unwavering focus on execution, you should be data-driven and possess a higher-than-normal sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take complete ownership of project execution, including financial management.
  • Closely work with the product team to optimize existing projects.
  • Handle general operations, including daily execution, driving volume, tracking progress, highlighting flags, and daily reporting.
  • Analyze training needs and provide training to enhance team performance.
  • Regularly collect feedback and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor team performance to achieve Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Mentor and motivate student workforce members, demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  • RUN pilot projects and implement process improvements at every level in operations.
  • Suggest enhancements to processes and set goals, KPIs, and targets for team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. 2 years of experience in managing an operations team with proven ability in driving tightly controlled operational metrics.
  2. Strong process orientation, business acumen, and leadership skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English and Hindi.
