Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring that every space within our lifestyle club meets and exceeds the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Excellence: Define and implement world-class cleanliness, maintenance, and amenity standards across guest rooms and public areas.
  • SOP Development: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping operations.
  • Quality Control: Establish structured checklists for daily, weekly, and monthly audits to ensure quality control and continuously improve our services.
  • Budget Management: Effectively prepare and execute departmental operational and capital budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Graduate from a reputable hospitality or equivalent institution.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in housekeeping, with leadership exposure in the hospitality industry.
