Healthcare Operations Leadership

This role is focused on leading large-scale healthcare operations with a strong emphasis on clinical data abstraction.

  • Drive seamless transitions with zero service disruption.
  • Deliver cost optimization and process stabilization.
  • Ensure client satisfaction across all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Partner with transformation teams to identify innovation opportunities.
  • Lead people management initiatives including training, cross-skilling, and retention.
  • Oversee workforce planning and engagement strategies.
  • Support senior leadership in business development and operational strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale teams and contact centers, with a strong background in clinical data abstraction and experience in healthcare operations management. A postgraduate degree (MBA/Healthcare Management or related) is preferred, along with experience in transformation projects, process re-engineering, or automation. Additionally, exposure to global healthcare payer or provider operations is highly valued.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in the BPO industry.
  • Proven experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Background in clinical data abstraction.
  • Track record of managing large-scale teams and contact centers.
  • Strong client relationship and service delivery management skills.
  • Excellent decision-making, prioritization, and analytical ability.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Postgraduate degree (MBA/Healthcare Management or related).
